       I am a customer, within 50 miles of the grower, who purchases fresh fruits, vegetables, milk, eggs, meat   
               and meat products. 
       I am a customer, within 300 miles of the grower, who purchases seeds, nuts, beans, grains, potatoes,
                animal feed/pellets, hay, straw, and wine, beer, cheese, bread, dairy products, and processed food using the                                                                                                    	“Made with CABO ingredients.”.                     
       I am allowed to inspect the grower’s and/or processor’s place at any time.
       I approve of the organiculture practices used by the grower to raise our food.
       I approve of the food or drink being grown or processed to be of the highest quality and nutrition as possible.
       I can observe a native species habitat on grower’s or processor’s property, whatever size it may be.
       I observe crops and livestock to be vigorous, and healthy, with vitality and an inherent power of resistance to   
                disease.             
       I am aware that my name and mailing address may be used by other potential customers to verify this 		grower’s or processor’s commitment  to raising or processing CABO produce or products.
       I willingly set my hand as my seal and make an autograph to certify that _________________________
                is a safe, pure, clean place to raise our food.

CABO certification requires all boxes to be checked “YES”.  If a customer chooses “NO”, the grower must consult the CABO Standards to facilitate a remedy as soon as possible.
